Join Kymmi Cordovez for an afternoon of mindful movement and thinking as we prepare for May's New Moon.

Together we'll explore the mental and philosophical realms of yoga, in addition to the physical, as we dig inside to explore the inner self. We'll begin this workshop with a guided meditation and move into an after-thought discussion where we'll cover a range of topics from self-love, new beginnings and intention setting. We'll conclude with a 60 minute yoga class led by Kymmi.
